Your Right to Cancel

You have the legal right to cancel the Contract during the 14-day cooling-off period without needing to provide a reason. This means that during this period if you change your mind or decide you no longer want the Subscription, you can notify us of your decision to cancel and receive a full refund. For more information about your cancellation rights, you can consult your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.

The cancellation right starts from the Start Date, which is when the Contract is formed between you and us. You have up to 14 days from the Start Date to cancel the Contract in accordance with your legal rights.

To cancel, you must inform us clearly (e.g., by letter, email, or phone). You can use the cancellation form available on our website, though it's not mandatory. If you do use the form, we will promptly acknowledge your cancellation by email or letter.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the Cancellation Period expires.

If you cancel within the Cancellation Period, we will process your refund:

• Without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your decision.

• Using the same payment method as the original transaction unless you agree otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

Cancelling After the Cancellation Period

You also have the right to cancel your subscription after the Cancellation Period. To do so, contact us via the methods provided in the “contact us” section. If you cancel after the Cancellation Period, your subscription will end at the close of the Month in which you inform us. You will still be charged for that Month and will not be entitled to a refund for any payments already made. Depending on when in the Month you cancel, we may still take a payment for the following month. If this happens, we will refund you that payment within 14 days.

How We May Cancel Your Subscription

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at any time by giving you written notice if:

• You fail to pay the Monthly Fee when it is due.

• You provide false information related to your subscription purchase.

If we cancel your subscription for these reasons, it will end on the date specified in the notice, and you will not receive a refund for any Monthly Fees already paid.

We may also cancel your subscription:

• If it becomes impossible for us to continue providing the service due to a breach of applicable laws or regulations, or

• By giving you 30 days' notice.

If we cancel your subscription for these reasons, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of the Monthly Fee for the month in which the subscription is cancelled.
